I am currently a Social Work Resident, engaged in supervised practice as I work toward obtaining my clinical Social Work licensure and becoming a Registered Play Therapist. As someone who personally navigates the experiences of Autism and ADHD, I have a unique understanding and empathy for my clients who are neurodivergent, as well as for their families. My focus is on enhancing the well-being of children and their families, guiding them through the complexities of neurodivergence. I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs, fostering an environment of support, understanding, and growth. My passion lies in empowering families to embrace the strengths and challenges associated with neurodiversity, helping them find effective strategies for thriving together.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (Accepting New Clients)
  • In Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I work with clients to deepen their understanding of their thought processes, helping them identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns. This approach not only aids in alleviating distressing thoughts but also paves the way for emotional insight. I guide clients on an enlightening journey, encouraging them to explore the complexities of their emotions. Together, we navigate through their feelings, unpacking the underlying causes and helping them gain clarity and meaning in their emotional experiences.
