Parent Coaching (Accepting New Clients)
- The Pediatric Case Management Program services children, teens, and young adults up to age 25. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client and their family or support system. Services support families, schools, and community agencies in providing the best opportunities for appropriate development for a child, teen, or young adult student with a brain injury.
